(2) Within Fifteen days from the date of such declaration (hereinafter referred to as the declaration of intention to make a scheme), the Authority shall publish it in the prescribed manner. (3) A copy of the plan shall be kept open at the office of the Authority during the office hours for the inspection of the public.
