(2) No person shall unlawfully flood, or draw off divert, or take water from, any waterworks belonging to, or under the control of, the Municipality, or from any watercourse or stream by which such waterworks is supplied. (3) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be liable to such fine not exceeding ten thousand rupees as may be determined by regulations. D.
