(2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions of this section and subject to the provisions of section 10, the Municipality shall undertake : (a) Preparation of plans for improvement under chapter XXXV and (b) Plans for infrastructure development including water supply, drainage and sewerage, solid waste management, roads and transport system accessories.
