(2) The Joint Committee shall consist of the following members :- Subject Committee. Ad hoc Committee. Joint Committee. i. two elected members of each constituent Municipality or local authority, ii. one nominee of each of the concerned departments of the state Government or of the concerned statutory authorities under the State government, iii. such expert or experts as the State government may nominate, and iv. The Director of Local Bodies or high representative who shall act as the convene of the Joint Committee.
