(2) The Municipality shall organize emergency operations and promote public awareness in relation to disaster management. (3) The Municipality shall take adequate measure to implement the regulations, if any made by the planning and urban development authorities to mitigate earthquake hazards in high seismic zones and to promote citizen awareness in this regard.
