(2) Seven days notice shall be given for the meeting. (3) In the case of a Municipal Corporation, the meeting shall be convened by the Secretary to the State Government, Department of Housing and Urban Affairs or any officer not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the State Government duly authorized by him.
