(3) The Commissioner shall publish any declaration so confirmed or modified in the Official Gazette and the declaration shall take effect from the date of such publication. (4) No person shall, after the date of publication of such declaration, erect or re-erect any building in contravention of such declaration. (5) The Empowered Standing Committee shall ensure that such declaration is in conformity with the provisions of any State law relating to urban land use planning.
