(1) The Central Government may, by notification, make rules for carrying out the provisions of this Chapter. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), such rules may provide for— (a) | such other amounts referred to in clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 122; (b) | the utilisation of the Fund for the purposes under sub-section (3) of section 122; (c) | the composition of the Committee for managing the Fund under sub-section (2) of section 123; (d) | the manner of administration of the Fund and the procedure relating to holding of the meetings of the Committee under sub-section (2) of section 123; (e) | the manner of giving notice to the public about the existence of the unclaimed amounts under sub-section (2) of section 125; (f) | any other matter which is required to be, or may be, prescribed.
