In the Trade Marks Act, 1999:— (a) | for the word \"Chairman\" or \"Vice-Chairman\", wherever it occurs, the word \"Chairperson\" or \"Vice-Chairperson\" shall be substituted; (b) | in section 83, after the words \"under this Act\", the words and figures \"and under the Copyright Act, 1957\" shall be inserted; (c) | after section 89, the following section shall be inserted, namely:— \"89A.
