Central Act 9 of 1969. (2) The Highway Authority and the officer authorised by the Government or the Highway Authority under this Act shall have the same powers for summoning and enforcing the attendance of any person and examining him on oath and compelling the production of documents as are vested in the revenue officers under the Goa, Daman and Diu Land Revenue Code, 1968.
