Every notice, bill, summons or other document required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to be served upon, or issued to any person shall be served or issued by an officer or other employee of the Municipality or by any person authorised by the Chief Municipal Executive Officer/ Municipal Executive Officer in that behalf. Notice etc. by whom to be served or issued. Service of notice etc.
