No person shall remove any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level or direction incidental to the execution of any work authorised by this Act Validity of notice and other documents. Admissibility of documents or entry as evidence. Evidence of officer or employee of Municipality. Prohibitions against obstruction of Chief Councillor or any municipal authority etc. Prohibition against removal of mark. or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.
