## Text

The State Government may by notification add to amend or alter the Schedule to this Act. Prohibition against removal or obliteration of notice. Prohibition against unauthorized dealing with public places or materials. Liability for loss, waste or misapplication of money or property of Municipality. Councillors and officers and other employees of Municipality to be public servants. Other laws not to be disregarded. Power to make rules. Power to amend Schedule.
