The State Government may, for selection of such officers and other employees of a Municipality as maybe prescribed, constitute- Salaries and Allowances of officers and other employees. Leave and other Conditions of service. Appointment of Officers of State Government for Municipalities. Municipal Establishment Audit Commission. Cadres of Common Municipal Services, Appointments, etc. Municipal Service Commission for Municipality. State Municipal Service Commission. a. a State Municipal Service Commission, and in such manner, consisting of a Chairperson and such other members, and on such terms and conditions, as may be Prescribed. E. State Municipal Vigilance Authority
