Nothing contained in this Act shall affect the Central Act 8 provisions of the Cantonment Act, 1924, the Sea of 1878 Customs Act, 1878, or the Indian Tariff Act, 1894 Central Act 8 or any rule or order made under the said Acts. of 1894 CHAPTER - II Establishment and Control Appointment of officers and conferment withdrawal and delegation of power.
