Every notice, bill, summons, or other document, required by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder to be served upon, or issued to, any person, shall be served or issued by an officer or other employee of the Corporation or by any person authorized by the Commissioner in that behalf. G. Enforcement of Orders to Execute Works etc. Time for complying with requisition or order, and power of Commissioner.
