In any case not otherwise expressly provided for in this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, the Commissioner may, with the prior approval of the Empowered Standing Committee, pay compensation to any person who sustains damage by reason of the exercise of any of the powers vested by this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder on the Commissioner or on any other officer or other employee of the Corporation. Compensation to be paid for damage to property of Corporation.
