(1) The State Government may, by notification, make rules Bye-Laws for carrying out the purposes of this Act. e (2) Any rule made under this Act may provide that any contravention thereof shall be punishable with fine as may be prescribed. ndesman that (3) Every rule made under this Act shall be laid as soon as may be after it is made before the State Legislature while it is in session.
