Due provisions shall be made for providing an inmate under a sentence of imprisonment imposed on conviction for an offence, with - Code (a) a certificate about his conduct in prison and the vocational proficiency acquired by him in prison, at the time of his release on the expiration of his sentence or on parole; (b) so far as is necessary and possible, material and other assistance for his economic rehabilitation after his release from prison on the expiration of his sentence or on parole.
