Notwithstanding anything contained in the Act or any Act for the time being in force, the State Government may, by notification, regulate the movement or import or export of any or all liquor or intoxicant into or from or through the State or any specified part or area of the State. Infe Chapter IV RENEWAL OF LICENSE AND PERMIT TO THE EXISTING LICENSEES
