Sub-section (2) of section 9 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following :- "(2) The Chairman of the Commission may entrust the responsibilities of the Controller of the Examinations to any one of the members and the responsibilities of the Administrative Section to any one of the other members" IndiaCode
