Amendment of Section-4 of the Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act, 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008) .- In section- 4 of The Bihar State Public Library and Information Centre Act, 2008 (Bihar Act 17 of 2008) the words "and Vice Chairman" shall be deleted.
