Definitions I- In this Act, unless any thing is repugnant to the subject or context; (i) "Act "means The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Act, 2014. (ii) "Commission" means, Bihar technical Staff Selectioin Commission constituted under this Act; (iii) "State Government" means The State Government of Bihar. (iv) "Shedule" means Shedule inclosed with this Act. Chapter II
