Every employer 77[and in his absence the manager] shall on demand produce for inspection of an Inspector all registers, records and notices required to be kept under and for the purposes of this Act. Inspectors to be public servants. Employer 78[ and manager] to produce registers, records, etc. for inspection. CHAPTER- X. OFFENCES AND PENALTIES.
