(1) The University shall strive to declare the results of examinations Declaration of conducted by it within a period of forty five days from the last date of the results. examination of particular course but, in any case, not later than sixty days from the said date. Annual report. (2) No examination or the result of an examination shall be held invalid only for the reason that the University has not followed the schedule of Examinations.
