# The C.T. University Act, Section 35

If any dispute arises with respect to the appointment or entitlement of Disputes any person, to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, the same shall be referred to the Chancellor, whose decision thereon shall be final and binding. concerning authorities and bodies.
