## Text

(1) The concerned District Registration Authority shall maintain in such District Register form and containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be of Clinical Establishments. known as the District Register of Clinical Establishments in respect of all the clinical establishments of that District, except the clinical establishments having one hundred or more beds. (2) The concerned District Registration Authority shall within a period of two years from its establishment, compile, publish and maintain in digital format a register of clinical establishments registered by it and enter the particulars of the certificates so issued in a register to be maintained for such purpose. (1) The State Registration Authority shall maintain in such form and Clinical Establishments. containing such particulars, as may be prescribed, a register to be known as the State Register of Clinical Establishments in respect of the clinical establishments having one hundred or more beds. (2) The State Registration Authority shall within a period of two years from its establishment, compile, publish and maintain in digital format a register of clinical establishments registered by it and enter the particulars of the certificates so issued in a register to be maintained for such purpose.
