## Text

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Power to Ordinance, the State Government may, by order so published in the Official remove Gazette, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance as may appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removal of the difficulty: difficulties. Provided that no such order shall be made after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of commencement of this Ordinance. (2) Every order made under this section shall, as soon as may be after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
