The Goa Legislative Diploma No. 2070 dated 15-4-1961 (Amendment) Act, 2001 (Goa Act 24 of 2001) , published in the Official Gazette Series-I No. 2 dated16-4-2001; The amendment of Article 49 shall be deemd to have come itto force w.e.f. 30-11-2000 and amended provicion of Article 334-A shall come into force at once.
