The Goa Legislative Diploma No. 2070 dated 15-4-1961 (Amendment) Act, 1994. (Act No. 11 of 1994), published in the Official Gazette Series-I No. 8 (Extraordinary-2) dated 27-5-1988; and it come into force at once w.e.f 1-1-1982.
