## Text

(1). This Act may be called the Code of Criminal Procedure (Manipur Second Amendment) Act, 1984. . (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Manipur. (3) It shall come into force at once and shall remain in force for a period of three years which may be extended by the State Government from time to time for any period,: not exceeding one year at any one time, but its expiry under the operation of this sub-section shall not affect :-- Short title, extent and commencement.
