# The Code on Social Security, 2020, Section 149: Power of central Government to give directions to state government and social security organizations

## Text

The Central Government may give directions to— (i) any State Government or a State Board constituted under section 12 to execute in that State, of any of the provisions of this Code; or (ii) any of the Social Security Organisations in respect of the matters relating to the implementation of the provisions of this Code.
