(1) The Central Government shall provide the Tribunal with such officers and employees as that Government thinks fit. finn officers and employees de tribunal with such officers (2) The officers and employees of a Tribunal shall discharge their functions under general superintendence of the Presiding Officer. (3) The salary, allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees of a Tribunal shall be such as may be prescribed.
