The Central Government may, by notification in the of Gazette, direct that the application of this Chapter in relation a contracting State with which reciprocal arrangements have been shall be subject to such conditions, exceptions or qualifications as are specified in the said notification.] (4) An order under this section may also be made by an Appellate Court or by a Court when exercising its powers of revision.
