## Text

(1) The Executive Director shall be appointed by the Chancellor on such terms and conditions, as may be prescribed. (2) In the absence of the Vice-Chancellor, the Executive Director shall be the chairperson of the Finance Committee and shall exercise such other powers and perform such duties, as may be prescribed.
