Save as provided in section 57 and section 58, the transactions of a co-operative society with any person other than a member shall be subject to such prohibitions and restrictions, if any, as may be prescribed. CHAPTER - VII AUDIT, INQUIRY, INSPECTION AND SURCHARGE Audit.
