Power of Government to regulate molasses, black jaggery, mahua flower, etc. to prevent misuse The Government may frame rules to regulate movement, possession and sale of molasses, black jaggery, mahua flower, etc., indicating terms and conditions as are necessary and expedient to prevent their misuse for illicit distillation.
