Allocation of fertilisers to various States The Central Government may, with a view to securing equitable distribution and availability of fertilisers to the farmers in time, by notification in the Official Gazette, direct any manufacturer/importer to sell the fertilisers produced by him in such quantities and In such State or States and within such period as may be specified in the said notification.
