THE FINANCE ACT, 1963 No. 13 OF 1963 [28th April, 1963] An Act to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 1963-64. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fourteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows: — Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Finance Act, 1963. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, sections 3, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 21 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 1963 [Finance Act, 1963] © Copyright.
