Amendment of section 156 37. In section 209 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-clause (iv) of clause (a), for the words, brackets and letters "clauses (b) and (c)", the wards, brackets and letters "clauses (b), (c) and (d)" shall be, and shall be deemed to have been, substituted, with effect from the first day of April, 1963.
