Amendment of section 295 47. In section 295 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (2), after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :— "(dd) the extent to which, and the conditions subject to which, any expenditure referred to in sub-section (3) of section 37 may be allowed;"; [Finance Act, 1964] © Copyright.
