Amendment of section 17 4. In section 17 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-clause (ii) of clause (3), after the word, brackets and figures "clause (10)", the word, brackets, figures and letter "clause (10A)," shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, inserted.
