Amendment of section 44A 7. In section 44A of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), after the words "any trade, professional or similar association", the brackets, words, figures and letter "[other than an association or institution referred to in clause (23A) of section 10]" shall be, and shall be deemed always to have been, inserted.
