Amendment of section 36 15. In section 36 of the Income-tax Act, in clause (ix) of subsection (1), in the third proviso, for the words, brackets and figures "sub-section (2) of section 35", the words, brackets and figures "subsection (2) and sub-section (5) of section 35" shall be substituted.
