Amendment of section 80P 10. In section 80P of the Income-tax Act,— (a) in sub-section (2), in clause (c), for the words "fifteen thousand rupees", the words "twenty thousand rupees" shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1970; (b) sub-section (4) shall be omitted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1970.
