THE FINANCE ACT, 1975 No. 25 OF 1975 [9th May, 1975] An Act to give effect to the financial proposals of the Central Government for the financial year 1975-76. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Twenty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows: — CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY Short title commencement 1. (2) This Act may be called the Finance Act, 1975.
