Amendment of section 36 11. In section 36 of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), for subclause (b) of clause (viii), the following sub-clause shall be substituted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1978, namely:— "(b) in the case of any other financial corporation, twenty-five per cent.,".
