CHAPTER III DIRECT TAXES Income Tax Amendment of section 10. 3. In section 10 of the Income-tax Act, in clause (30), after the words "tea bushes", the words "or for rejuvenation or consolidation of areas of used for cultivation of tea" shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1985.
