Amendment of section 11 4.In section 11 of the Income-Tax Act, In sub-section(5),after clause (x) and the Explanation there to, the following clause shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of April, 1985, namely :— "(xi) deposits with the Industrial Development Bank of India established under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act,1964.(18 of 964)" [Finance Act, 1984] © Copyright.
