Amendment of section 80CC 33. In section 80CC of the Income-tax Act,— (a) in sub-section (3), in clause (c), for the words, figures and letters "the 1st day of April, 1987", the words, figures and letters "the 1st day of April, 1990" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (5), for the words "five years", the words "three years" shall be substituted.
